Thank you for shopping with me! I hope you have an enjoyable experience and please note that as I am new I am always looking for feedback as to how I can improve your experience. 

Let's get the pesky little FAQs out of the way though;

Processing time on all orders is approx. 2-3 days. Please note that even with express shipping, I still need to physically make the item first. If there are any delays in processing I will make contact with you. I am a single man operation with a toddler on board so patience is appreciated. 

Once it leaves me and is with Aus Post I take no responsibility for shipping delays, times, or damage that may occur during shipping.

Please note that on any specifically made product there are no refunds unless the product is specifically faulty. Exchanges can be negotiated.
